Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes were used to make this wine. The sanitary state of the grape was excellent and this is one of the causes of the good quality of the base wine.  Sparkling wines are result of a second fermentation, a process made under the “charmat” system to obtain a cared – for product which keeps in its structure a high amount of persistent and distinctive bubbles release.
